Well, I have confirmation from Shawn, and we will be heading to the northeast in April. We are going to start in Pittsburgh, then head to Cooperstown to see the HOF, then up to Boston, and we will wrap up in Philly, which is the Sunday night game of the week.
I usually have a lot more time to plan, since we usually do a summer trip, but scheduling issues made us take this trip early this year. I know we are gonna try to work in a trip to Sam Adams Brewery while in Boston. Of course we will be getting cheese steak in Philly, The Hall Of Fame will be awesome by itself. In Pittsburgh, I know perogies are popular, but I want to try Primanti brothers. They supposedly have a steak sandwich to die for. And they have one in the park if need be as well.
So, if all goes well, that will leave one park in the NE, Yankee Stadium, for me to see to complete my list from up there. Shawn will need to see Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, and Nationals park. I guess we will have to head back up there in 2014 or 2015.
