Well it's finally over

At least for my Cubbies. Actually it was over a long time ago, but at least there was the chance to see some of the young guys play and see what might be the future. This is the worst team, at least by record, in my lifetime. As bad as they were, there is some hope, although slim, for 2013. It will depend if they can get a couple of pitchers that can get through the 3rd inning. We do have a decent core with Rizzo, Castro, Castillo and Barney in the IF, though we do need a 3B. We will see what they do with Sori, who had a good year, and CF. The Cubs wont be contending next year, but I believe they will be alot better.

 The playoffs start tomorrow and I am still pumped about that. I would like to see the Braves go a little deep into the playoffs, for selfish reasons, I want to go to some more playoff games. In the AL, I will be pulling for the Tigers or O's, mainly because they are not the Yankees. When Jeter is in his final season, maybe I would like to see him go out on top, but we will have to wait and see about that.

This is actually just a guess, not a pick, because as we all know, anything can happen in this crazy game we all love!!
